| Abstract: | The treatment of wastewater from printing and dyeing is a problem of great difficulty and a focus of public attention as a result of its high colour intensity, variation of water quality and poor biodegradation. This paper reviews the harmfulness caused by the said wastewater and the scarcity of water in China and expounds on the urgency and feasibility of clean production in the printing and dyeing process and the clean production technology in the treatment of wastewater. |
