| 摘 要： | 以循环经济理论为依据，从工业生产的资源投入、经济效益、废弃物再使用、废弃物排放4个角度，构建了评价区域工业循环经济发展水平的评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和变异系数法对指标进行了综合赋权．运用该指标体系对2011年陕西省十市一区的工业循环经济发展水平做了实证分析，结果表明，陕西省各市区工业循环经济发展水平差异不大，部分地区还需进一步推进工业循环经济的发展．

| Abstract: | Based on the circular economy theory and from the four respects of investment of resources, economic efficiency, reusing of waste and waste discharge in industrial production, this research constructs an evaluation index system for evaluating regional industrial circular economy development level, and uses the analytic hierarchy process and coefficient of variation to comprehensively weight the indexes. Empirical analysis of the development level of the circular economy in each district of Shaanxi province in 2011 according to the index system indicate that the development level of the industrial circular economy promote the devel in each district of opment of industrial Shaanxi does not vary much and some areas still need to further circular economy of industry. |
