| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展，技术创新在区域竞争中发挥着越来越重要的作用．论文用DEA方法，测度了2009年我国西部地区的技术创新效率，评价了西部地区12个省（市、区）的技术创新能力：四川、贵州和西藏的技术创新为DEA有效，其余大部分省（市、区）的技术创新均为非DEA有效；AkDEA有效性、投影、影子价格、标竿及规模效益方面进行分析，指出了中国西部地区提高技术创新的途径。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy, technological innovation is playing an increasingly important role in the regional competition. The technological innovation efficiency of western China in 2009 is measured by DEA method. The technological innovation ability of 12 provinces and municipal cities of western China is also evaluated. The results show that technological innovation of Sichuan, Guizhou and Tibet is DEA effective, the technological innovation of other regions is not valid. The solution of increasing technological innovation in western China is analyzed on the aspects of effectiveness of DEA, projection, shadow price, benchmark and scale efficiency. |
