纳米ZnO的制备及其抗菌特性的研究

摘    要:利用水热沉淀法,成功地制备了ZnO纳米晶超微粉末,通过XRD、TEM、IR、DTA、BET等手段对制得的粉末进行了表征,结果表明粉体粒径为40nm左右,纤锌矿结构,以球状为主,粒度分布均匀,分散性好;用抑菌圈实验法和细菌总数测定法定性、定量地考察了样品的抗菌效果和抗菌性能,结果表明样品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌有较好的抗菌效果,当纳米ZnO在悬浮液中质量分数为2%时,抑菌率可达到99%;同时还对水热沉淀法形成纳米ZnO的机理和纳米ZnO抗菌机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Nanometer-sized ZnO powders were successfully prepared with the method of hydrothermal precipitation. Powder structure, component and grain size of the prepared powders were studied by using XRD, TEM, IR, DTA and BET techniques. The results indicated that the average grain size of the powers was about 40 nm and the distribution of the nanometer-sized ZnO was narrow. The experiments of anti-bacterium-circles demonstrated that the antibacterial properties were quantitative. Finally, the formation mechanism of nanometer-sized ZnO and antibacterial mechanism were discussed.
