内燃机缸套-活塞系统流体润滑模型的研究进展

摘    要:叙述了内燃机摩擦学研究中流体润滑模型的研究概况,讨论了目前内燃机流体润滑模型研究中较为突出的3个方面:缸套表面激光微造型润滑理论;活塞的二阶运动与缸套一活塞裙部间的流体润滑的耦合分析;活塞裙部型面的形状.最后探讨了这一领域需要进一步研究的问题.

Abstract:A summary of a lubrication model of engines was given, three most outstanding aspects in the research of the lubrication model of engines were discussed, including the lubrication theory on laser surface micro texturing of cylinder surface, the secondary motion of cylinder-piston system and dynamic coupling anises of lubrication between cylinder-piston skirt, and piston skirt profile. Finally, some possible issues to be further investigated in this area are suggested and the research trend is predicted.
