摘    要:锡膏三维检测仪控制光栅移相的压电陶瓷存在的非线性、迟滞和蠕变效应,使传统方法测定的控制电压误差较大.采用基于图像灰度匹配的方法对压电陶瓷的控制电压值进行测定校正,提高了移相控制的精度和速度,仿真实例验证了方法的有效性.

Abstract:In the hardware system designing of solder paste three-dimensional testers based on grating projection phase measuring profilometry, the adoption of conventional calibration method in the control of grating phase-shifting piezoelectric nonlinearity, hysteresis and creep effect can result in great error in voltage control. The adoption of the method based on gray level image matching for piezoelectric ceramic control voltage value determination and correction can improve the control precision. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the method.
