Abstract:The codeposition of Y Co on Cu electrodes was investigated in DMSO containing YCl 3,CoCl 2 at room temperature.Potentiostatic electrolysis was used to prepare films of various Y contents. EDAX,XRD indicated that silver gray ,lustrous and strongly adhering film on Cu was obtained by Potentiostatic electrolysis at -1 85 V(vs SCE) in 0 10 mol/L YCl 3 0 10 mol/L CoCl 2 DMSO solution.
