| 摘 要： | 根据网络学校自主学习和协同学习的基本特征，提出了网络学校的四层构架模式，即以知识点为主体的教学资源及环境设施的基础层、以自主学习者为主体的教学模式的活动层、以利于素质教育为主体的管理体制及以质量评估为主体的质量监管保障体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the property of network school, independent learning and cooperative learning, the authors proposed four-layer model for constructing network school: basic layer of educational resource and environmental establishment based on knowledge cell; active layer of educational mode based on independent learner, managing system based on quality education, supervising system based on quality evaluation. |
