| 摘 要： | 利用美国国家大气研究中心（NCAR）和宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合研制的第5代中尺度气象模式系统MM5对广州地区最近出现的一次大雾进行了数值模拟研究。模拟的结果与实况十分相近，特别是雾出现和消散的时间，对雾的生成原因进行了分析和数值试验。结果表明，这次广州雾的高度比较高，雾形成前广州地区大气边界层天气晴好，温度高，空气接近饱和，大雾主要是由广州北面的冷空气向南侵入造成的，属平流辐射雾。

| Abstract: | PSU/NCAR MM5 is utilized to simulate a heavy fog in Guangzhou. The results, especially in simulating the formation and dissipation of the fog, are coincident with the actual situation.Numerical experiments reveal that prior to the fog occurrence, the weather is fine and with a warm and saturated planetary boundary layer. The heavy fog is mainly caused by the cold air moving southward from the north of Guangzhou.It is an advection-radiation fog. |
