计算机集成自动化制备油基磁性液体

摘    要:报道了采用计算机集成自动化制备系统(CIAPS)制备的聚烯烃合成油和真空泵油基磁性液体的研究结果。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,所得到的材料是均匀分散、球形、单畴的立方相Fe3O4纳米材料,粒径集中在大约7~13nm范围,两种磁性液体的饱和磁化强度分别达到26.90 kA/m和17.92 kA/m。

Abstract:Excellent polyalphaolefins-and vacuum pump oil-base magnetic liquids prepared by computer-integrated automatic preparation system(CIAPS).The structural characterization and property test of magnetic fluids conducted by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometry(VSM) were proved the superparamagnetic liquids with magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 cores with single domain and the average grain size around 7-13 nm.The saturation magnetizations of PO-MF and VO-MF samples were 26.90 kA/m and 17.92 kA/m.
