洪水特征的时间变异性识别

摘    要:针对近年来洪水特征的稳定而异常的变化,给出了洪水特征时间变异性的定义,提出了洪水时间变异性的标度及其识别方法,利用珠江三角洲容奇站30多年来实测月平均水位资料,验证了这种识别方法的有效性,该方法计算简单,稳定性好,并能识别水文时间序列两端的变异特征。

Abstract:In recent years, a stable but abnormal variation in hydrological features occurs in some regions such as the Pearl River Delta. By analyzing the unusual phenomena of flood, a definition for the variability of hydrological time series was given in this paper. The concept of the measurement and a recognition approach for the temporal variability of a flood series were put forward. The data on monthly mean water level of more than 30 years at Rongqi gauge in the Pearl River Delta were used for case study. The results showed that the method given in this paper is feasible for identifying the variability features even for those at the initial or end stages of a flood time series. The method has the advantages of simple calculation and good stability. However,for different watershed the measurements of the variability of flood time series may be different due to different hydrological features. The determination of the measurement is left for a future study.
