| 摘 要： | 利用求吸收分布以及普通M/G/1排队系统的稳态条件，研究了一类带有负顾客且正顾客有流失的M/G/1非空竭服务休假排队系统的稳态条件。对先到先服务规则分别考虑了负顾客的两种移除策略：移除队首(RCH)和移除队尾(RCE)。

| Abstract: | The stable condition on queueing system with negative customers and vacation on non exhaustive service is discussed by finding absorb distribution and using the stable condition of classical M/G/1 system. Two kinds of remove strategies of negative customers are considered: remove the customer at the head(RCH) and remove the customer at the end(RCE). |
