| 摘 要： | ＳｌＮＰＶ基因组ＤＮＡ的ＨｉｎｄⅢ－Ｘｂａ片段上含有部分的ＰＫ基因，ＳｌＮＰＶＰＫ的氨基酸序列与ＨａＮＰＶ，ＨｚＮＰＶＳｐｌｉＮＰＶ，ＡｆＮＰＶ，ＡｃＮＩＶ，ＬｄＮＰＶＰＫ氨基酸序列的同源性分别为４５％，４４％，８９％，３７％，３８％和３７％，其上含有蛋白激酶的特征序列ＩＶＨＡＮＤＶＫＬＥＮＶＬ。

| Abstract: | The partial protein kinase gene of Spodoptera litura nuclear polyhedrosis virus was sequenced. The predicted Sl NPV protein kinase shows 45%, 44%,89%,37%,38% and 37% amino acid homology to those of Ha NPV, Hz NPV, Spli NPV, Af NPV, Ac MNPV and Ld NPV, respectively. There is an IVHANDVKLENVL pattern in the protein kinase of Sl NPV, which is the signature motif of protein kinase family. |
