短柄南蛇藤叶超微粉与普通粉挥发油化学组成的对比研究

摘    要: 采用有机溶剂-水蒸汽蒸馏提取短柄南蛇藤叶挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,从短柄南蛇藤叶超微粉和普通粉中分别分离鉴定出55种和50种化学成分,分别占挥发油总量的87.43%和92.24%。短柄南蛇藤叶2种粉末挥发油成分中,含有45种相同成分,其中相对含量最高的分别为油酸(普通粉3159%),13-十八碳烯(超微粉17.88%)。文章首次对短柄南蛇藤超微粉与普通粉挥发性成分进行定性定量的对比研究,为其研究应用提供了科学数据。

Abstract:The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the plants obtained by organic-team distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC-MS analysis. The results confirmed that 55 and 50 chemical components were identified from micro-milling of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes and ordinary pulverization of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes, respectively. The amounts of the identified components were accounted for more than 8743% and 92.24% of all the volatile oil, respectively. There were similar 45 components in the two oils. The contents of 13-octadecenal (micro-milling of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes17.88%)and oleic acid (ordinary pulverization of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes 31.59%) were highest. The compositions of volatile oils of the leaves of Celastrus rosthornianus Loeswere firstly reported, which were obtained by organic team distillation with hexane.
