| 摘 要： | 以广州市海珠区为试验研究区，采用灰色预测模型和基于时间序列的最小二乘法模型预测。运用定性量相结合的方法来研究所选定区域的土地利用变化情况，包括土地利用现状特点，土地利用变化特征（变化范围和变化量），变化过程，从而预测未来土地利用的动向。通过对一特定区域的土地利用变化研究。为城市土地利用的研究提供一种有效的方法。并为城市土地利用规划，城市规划及土地管理部门等提出合理性，科学性建议，对实际工作有其指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | The trend of land use in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City is predicted with grey model and least square model. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used to analyse the situation of the landuse change of the area.The methods developed in this study could be useful for urban land use management. |
