聚乳酸接枝乙烯基吡咯烷酮的初步研究

摘    要:为改善聚(D,L-乳酸)(PDLLA)的亲水性,以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,四氢呋喃为溶剂,进行了PDLLA接枝乙烯基吡咯烷酮(VP)的试验。IR和^1H NMR测试结果表明:PDLLA可与VP实现接枝反应,摩尔接枝率为1.0%-1.6%。与PDLLA相比,接枝产物的η]值下降,但吸水率增加、接触角变小,亲水性有所改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of poly ( D, L-lactic acid) (PDLLA), vinyl pyrrolidone (VP) was grafted onto PDLLA chains by free-radical polymerization with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and tetrahydrofu- ran (THF) as solvent. JR and 1H NMR results showed that the graft copolymerization of PDLLA with VP occurred, and the graft mole ratio was about 1.0% - 1.6%. Compared with the pure PDLLA, the grafted copolymers showed higher water take-up, lower contact angle and better hydrophilicity although the intrinsic viscosity decreased.
