珠江口红树种植-养殖耦合系统浮游藻类及水质氮磷营养研究

摘    要:对珠江口国家863计划"滩涂红树林种植-养殖系统耦验示范研究"基地中3个系统12个红树种植-养殖塘的浮游藻类和氮磷营养盐进行了1年内4次调查研究。结果表明,4种红树植物秋茄、桐花树、木榄、红海榄的单种或组合种植对于DIN和PO4-P均有不同程度的净化作用,但各个塘的浮游藻类均处在富营养化或超富营养化水平。通过对各系统中浮游藻类进行群落等级聚类分析(CLUSTER)和非度量多维测度排序(NMDS)研究,说明红树种植可以改变藻类的群落结构,但红树种植短期内不能降低水体中的藻类丰度和富营养化程度。红树植物和藻类间的复杂内在关系有待更加细致的机理分析与研究。

Abstract:Four times of investigation concerning phytoplankton and N- and P nutrients were carried out in twelve plantation aquaculture coupling ponds of mangrove in the Pearl River estuary. The results showed that single plantation or coupled plantation of four mangrove species Kandelia cande, Aegiceras corniculatum, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, and Rhizophora stylosa could purify DIN and PO4-P to a certain extent, but algal abundance was still in eutrophication or super eutrophication status in each pond. Using cluster and NMDS analyses, it was proved that mangrove could change the community structure, but it could not decrease the abundance and eutrophication of the algae in short period. The complex inner mechanism relationship of mangrove with algae should be studied further.
