HPLC测定黄芪药渣中黄芪甲苷含量

 对内蒙产黄芪药材及药渣采用甲醇梯度洗脱提取，高效液相色谱法测黄芪甲甙的质量分数．回归方程Y＝1.608 4 X + 13.246 8，R = 0.999 7，在5.50～550.00 μg/mL之间的线性关系良好。日内和日间精密度的RSD均小于1.7%，重复性试验的RSD为0.59%( n＝5)。 黄芪药材的加样回收率为96.62%、98.23%、97.46%，RSD(n＝5)分别为2.6%、2.8%、3.4%；药渣的加样回收率为9843%、98.34%、99.65%，RSD(n＝5)分别为2.3%、3.1%、2.9%。黄芪药渣中黄芪甲苷的提取量为黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷提取量的72.08%，表明黄芪药渣仍具有较大的再利用价值。

Determination of Astragaloside IV in Dreg of Radix astragali by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

The Radix astragali and its dreg were extracted with methanol The astragaloside IV in Radix astragali and its dreg were determined by High performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.50~550.00 μg/mL, Y= 1.680 4X+ 13.246 8, R = 0.999 7. The intra-day and inter-day precision (RSD)were all less 1.7%, the recurrence (RSD) was 0.59 (n= 5). The recovery of Radix astragali were 96.62%、98.23%、97.46% and RSD(n＝5) were 2.6%、2.8%、3.4% for astragaloside IV；The recovery of dreg of Radix astragali dreg were 98.43%、98.34%、99.65%，RSD(n＝5) were 2.3%、3.1%、2.9% for astragaloside IV．Astragaloside IV in dreg was 72% of that in Radix astragali. The result showed that the dreg of Radix astragali is still great re-tilizable value.
