摘    要:采用连苯三酚自氧化法,对8种中药浙贝母、茵陈、柴胡、青蒿、桑皮、山楂、三七和薏仁,分别用石油醚、二氯甲烷,乙醇和水分级草取进行提取分离,测试各提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,其中7种中药都有一定抑制连苯三酚自氧化,清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力,且脂溶性或醇溶性的提取物抗氧化作用较强。

Abstract:Eight kinds of Chinese herbal medicines: Fritiillaria thunbergii Miq.,Artemlisia capillaris Thunb.,Radix Bupfeuri.,Artemis annua L.,Morus alba L., C.pinnatifida Bge.,Panax notoginseng and Coixachryma-jobi L.var. ma-yuen were sequentially extracted with petroleum ether,dichlormethane,ethanol and water.The extracts were measured for their antioxidant effects by pyrogallol autoxidation method.The results showed that seven of these Chinese herb medicines exhibited antioxidant activities and free radical scavenging activities,and most of these active extracts were liposoluble or ethanol soluble.
