固相微萃取—衍生化法与气相色谱—质谱联用分析葡萄酒中多酚类化合物

摘    要:建立固相微萃取(SPME)和甲硅烷化结合新的样品预处理方法,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对葡萄酒中有机物进行了分析,鉴定了其中19种多酚化合物和极性有机物,并对其中的白藜芦醇进行了定量分析,方法简单,快速,灵敏度高。

Abstract:A new method for the trace analysis of polyphenols in wine was studied by developing a silylmethylated postderivatization on the fiber following solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with Bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoroac-etamide (BSTFA) gaseous phase procedure combined with CC/MS. Nineteen polyphenols and other polar organic compounds in wine were found by used PA fiber. Analysis results indicate that the method is rapid and sensitive without going through laborious sample preparation.
