硝酸铈对大白鼠体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘    要:SD成年大鼠一次性腹腔注射150mg/kg的硝酸铈,分别于3,6,12,24,48h后处死,测定其脑、肌肉组织的乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性.结果表明:脑、肌肉受硝酸铈影响有相似的规律.在注射初期,酶活性显著降低,经过一段时间后,又逐渐恢复.

Abstract:The effect of Ce(NO 3) 3 on AchE activity in rats was investigated The rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of a single dose of 150 mg/kg Ce(NO 3) 3 and killed 3,6,12,24 or 48 hours later after the injection The AchE activity of brain and musle was measured with spectrophotometry The results show that the AchE activity of brain was affected by Ce(NO 3) 3 similar to that of musle At the beginning,the AchE activity fell down notably,and then it recovered to normal
