| 摘 要： | 讨论现代教育管理模式变化与信息技术需求和支持的关系，分析了在现代信息技术推动下组织结构变化的基本特征，给出了支持新管理模式的基本信息技术及相应的支持系统形式。最后指出应用信息技术支持科学的教育管理模式的建立和运行，促进从宏观到微观的教育管理体制改革与创新，是建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化教育事业的一个十分重要的课题，也是迎接知识经济挑战的有效途径。

Research on the Demand & Supporting Relation Between
Education Management and Management Information Systems |

| Abstract: | In this paper, author discussed the demand & supporting relation between modern education management mode change and information technology, analyzed the basic characteristics of organization structure change under the information technology in modern times promoting, and put forward the organization mode supporting basic information technology and system moralities. This paper pointed out finally that applying information technology to support the foundation and function of the scientific education management is a very important problem in the reform and innovation of management system procedure. |
