| 摘 要： | 从多模光纤中模式传输理论和射线分析法出发 ,分析用多模光纤做连接器件时造成输出功率不稳定的原因 ,并用数值模拟方法给出多模光纤弯曲损耗情况。当多模光纤弯曲半径小于 5mm时 ,损耗变得很大。据此可得到使多模光纤模式稳定的扰模器的最佳尺寸。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of propagation mode in optical fiber,the instability of the output power from a multimode fiber is analyzed. A numerical simulation shows that the bending loss of a circular multimode fiber becomes larger as the curve radius of the fiber is less than 5 mm. This result is helpful to design a mode_disturbing_device which is used to stabilize the propagation mode in a multimode fiber. |
