高支撑模板系统设计

摘    要:根据国家及地方相关规范,设计了珠芳小学综合楼高支撑模板系统的用料,搭设和拆除,计算梁模板支撑梁底模板、梁侧模板、竖向龙骨、横向格栅、纵向格栅的荷载、强度与刚度,螺栓的强度和钢管支撑稳定性,以及楼板模板、板底方木、板底钢管支撑的荷载、强度与刚度。目前工程已顺利完工,表明本设计已取得成功。

Abstract:Acoording to the related standards of China and locality, the material and building and the form removal of the high strut follow board system for the composite building of Zhu-Fang school are designed. The load, the strength and the stiffness of the bottom follow board and side-plates of the beams, the vertical keels, the crosswise grilles, the vertical grilles are computed. The strength of the bolts, the stability of the steel tubes strut, and the load, the strength and the stiffness of the the floor follow board, the square wood under the floor and the steel tubes strut below the floor follow board are computed too. Now the construction of the engineering was completed successfully. It was showed that this design is succeed.
