超临界CO_2萃取珊瑚姜挥发油抗部分植物病原菌活性研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO_2萃取珊瑚姜挥发油,对其成分进行GC/MS分析,利用生长速率法测定珊瑚姜挥发油对水稻稻瘟、水稻纹枯及小麦赤霉病菌的抗菌活性,结果显示,珊瑚姜挥发油检出29个化学成分,含量最高的化合物为萜品烯-4-醇;珊瑚姜挥发油对小麦赤霉病菌的EC_(50)为247.80 mg/L(Y=3.7940X-4.0832,r= 0.970 5),水稻稻瘟病菌的EC_(50)为99.64 mg/L(Y=1.1651X+2.6716,r=0.9090),水稻纹枯病菌的EC_(50)为106.16 mg/L(Y=1.2878X+2.3909,r=0.9964),实验表明,珊瑚姜挥发油对供试菌株具有较强的抑制作用,显示了较好的应用开发前景。
