| 摘 要： | 对中国南海海洋真菌 2 5 16号的代谢产物进行研究 ,发现该真菌能产生丰富的环肽化合物。从培养液中已分离得到 7个环肽化合物 ,其中 3个为新化合物 ,根据NMR ,2DNMR ,FABMS等光谱数据确定了新化合物的结构 ,分别是环 (异亮 -亮 -缬 -缬 )四肽、环 (异亮 -亮 -亮 -缬 )四肽和环 (异亮 -缬 -缬 -缬 )四肽。另 4个化合物为环二肽。 |

| Abstract: | Three new compounds A,B and C, together with four known compounds D,E,F and G were isolated from the culture of marine fungus 2516 from the South China Sea. By detailed spectroscopic analysis, their structures were determined as cyclo(Ile_Leu_Val_Val),cyclo(Ile_Leu_Leu_Val) and cyclo(Ile_Val_Val_Val),respectively. Compounds D,E,F and G were all cyclic dipeptides. |
