双羟基脂肪酸异构体的合成及谱学特征

摘    要: 以共轭亚油酸甲酯为原料,与SeO2反应,经可能的新反应机制合成了4个新的双羟基衍生物,分别是9,10(erythro) 双羟基 11 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯,10,11(erythro) 双羟基 12 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯,11,12(erythro) 双羟基 9 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯和12,13(erythro) 双羟基 10 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯,采用半制备正相高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,用LC/MS-MS和NMR对化合物结构进行鉴定,分析化合物的化学位移变化规律和质谱裂解规律,阐明其谱学特征。

Abstract:Four di-hydroxy derivatives,including methyl ester of erythro-12,13-dihydroxy-10E-octadecenoic acid,erythro-11,12-dihydroxy-9E-octadecenoic acid,erythro-10,11-dihydroxy-12E-octadecenoic acid and erythro-9,10-dihydroxy-11E-octadecenoic acid,were synthesized from methy ester of conjugated linoleic acid by the reaction of CLA methyl ester with SeO2.The products were purified by semi-normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and their chemical structures were characterized by liquid chromatography mas...
