| 摘 要： | 以共轭亚油酸甲酯为原料，与SeO2反应，经可能的新反应机制合成了4个新的双羟基衍生物，分别是9,10(erythro) 双羟基 11 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯，10,11(erythro) 双羟基 12 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯，11,12(erythro) 双羟基 9 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯和12,13(erythro) 双羟基 10 E 十八碳烯酸甲酯，采用半制备正相高效液相色谱进行分离纯化，用LC/MS-MS和NMR对化合物结构进行鉴定，分析化合物的化学位移变化规律和质谱裂解规律，阐明其谱学特征。 |
