淀粉基缓释尿素膜材料的研究

摘    要:采用天然玉米淀粉为主要原料制备了环保、高效的淀粉基缓释尿素膜材料.通过改变交联剂的加入量来调节其交联程度以达到良好的缓释效果,从而满足植物生长所需的养分.结果表明:淀粉基缓释尿素膜材料具有优良的缓释效果,15 d内累积释放率不超过30%,已达到欧洲缓释肥料标准.

Abstract:The membrane of the slow-releasing urea fertilizer was prepared mainly by corn starch, which was efficiency and green. In order to fulfill plants nutrition demand and obtain the better slow-releasing property, cross linking density was adjusted by the content of cross-linker. The results showed that the membrane of the slow-releasing urea fertilizer matched the Controlled Release Fertilizer Stand-ard formulate by Europe, which cumulative liquation rate is less than 30%.
