摘    要:Cd1-xMnxTe富碲溶液的平衡蒸汽压是设计优化生长装置和获得最佳生长条件所不可缺少的.本文用缔合规则溶液(RAS)模型估算了Cd1-xMnxTe富碲溶液的平衡蒸汽压,并且和实验结果进行了定性比较.

Abstract:The equilibrium partial pressures of Cd1-xMnxTe Te-rich solution are essential for designing optimum growth installation and obtaining the best growth conditions. These data have been estimated by regular associated solution (RAS)model,and comparisons have been made with experimental results.
