| Abstract: | The multi model assembly line balancing problem in an order driven production environment is discussed. A mode of total labor cost (CM) of the multi model assembly line is then proposed. Finally a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is developed to deal with line balancing problem. The algorithm is verified with experiment. |
