摘    要:本文提出了计算感应钢包炉金属包壳中的涡流场的矢量电位有限元法.利用这一方法计算了新一代感应钢包炉的包壳中的涡流分布以及由此产生的涡流损耗.并在此基础上分析了感应钢包炉包壳结构中由径向磁场产生的涡流损耗随包壳分瓣数的变化规律,给出了合理的包壳分瓣数与包壳的几种改进方案.

Abstract:In this paper,a model of FEM with vector electric potential is presented to calculate the eddy-current field in the shells of induction ladle furnace. With this method, the distribution of eddy-current in the shells is analysed, and its corresponding ohmic loss is calculated. After an analysis of the relation between the ohmic loss of the shells and the number of the shells, the optimal number of shells is obtained.Several better structures of the shells are presented.
