| 摘 要： | 遗传算法是一种新型的随机搜索寻优方法，此文利用遗传算法对水冷金属型离心铸管机生产工艺参数的实验数据进行回归分析，得到了反映实验数据内部规律的拟合曲线，该结果对水冷金属型离心铸造球墨铸铁管生产具有极强的指导意义，同时也展现了遗传算法在解决工程实际问题中良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Genetic algorithms is an effective method for random search of optimum. In this article, genetic algorithms are used in regression analysis of technical parameters of metallic centrifugal casting machine with water cooling, resulting in a fitted curve reflecting the internal properties of the experimental data. The result provides a guide to the production of nodular iron pipe produced by metallic centrifugal casting machine with water cooling, and indicates the prospect of applying genetic algorithms in engineering problems. |
