使用2-甲基戊烷作夹带剂乙醇-水集热精馏的研究

摘    要:借助于微分同伦拓展算法研究分析以2-甲基戊烷作夹带剂的乙醇-水集热共沸精馏流程,得到耗能最少和塔板数量少的塔构型流程,模拟结果表明,夹带剂2-甲基戊烷的性能与戊烷相近,优于夹带剂苯。

Abstract:An engineering analysis of heat integrated distillation columns for the dehydration of ethanol using 2 methylpentane as an entrainer was performed with the aid of the continuation algorithm. Column configuration was evaluated which minimized energy and staging requirements and was composed with that of the entrainers pentane and benzene. The results show that the function of entrainers 2 methylpentane and pentane are very close, but are stronger than entrainer benzene.
