| 摘 要： | ＰＤＭ技术是在数据库基础上发展起来的一门管理所有与产品相关的信息及过程的新技术，越来越多的企业采用ＰＤＭ作为ＣＩＭＳ工程集成框架．ＣＡＰＰ是ＣＩＭＳ中的一大关键技术，它的发展直接关系到ＣＩＭＳ的集成效果，因此研究和开发在ＰＤＭ集成框架上的工艺辅助设计及管理系统显得非常迫切．本文介绍在美国ＥＤＳ公司的ＰＤＭ产品ＩＭＡＮ集成框架上开发的ＳＧＷＣＡＰＰ系统，进一步研究了在ＰＤＭ框架上面向产品对象的集成化ＣＡＰＰ系统的工艺设计方法和集成管理的实现机制

| Abstract: | PDM is a new
technology which is developed from DBMS to manage the information and the associated
procedure of a product. CAPP is a key technology and its development will affect the CIMS
integration. So the research and development of the PDM based integrated CAPP system is
urgent. This paper proposes the SGWCAPP system and its data management practice which is
studied on the IMAN(EDS's PDM software) integrated platform. In addition, the issues of the
product object oriented integrated CAPP system, the mechanism of integrated process
management on the PDM platform are discussed. |
