| Abstract: | The feasibility of gas stripping of ethanol from ethanol-water system saturated with glucose is shown by analysis in theory and experiment. The effect of glucose on the saturation vapor pressure of ethanol and the effect of the operating temperature and the gas flow rates, VL/G, on gas stripping are discussed. |
