汽轮发电机组常用轴承性能数据库系统的开发与研究

摘    要:在单块油叶型轴瓦通用性能数据库的基础上,开发研制了汽轮发电机组常用轴承性能数据库系统,能高效率、高精度地计算多种常规和非常规的汽轮机径向轴承轴承类型和结构多达20种,其中开发了多种新型轴承计算软件。并包括等粘、变粘、层流和紊流的计算工况,创建了非典型静平衡轨迹的自延伸求法与公认的手册、程序、实验数据作了大量对比考核,确证为精确高效.本系统增强了我国汽轮机行业滑动轴承的设计能力,对提高机组的运行可靠性起了良好的作用.

Abstract:Database system of bearings commonly used in turbine generator is developed on the basis of single-pad database. Common and uncommon bearings can be calculated efficiently and accurately. 20 kinds of bearings, iso-viscosity, variable viscosity, and laminar and turbulent condition are included. Self-extension method is invented to search the orbit of static balance.Results are in good agreement with existing publication. The design level of turbine generator is greatly improved.
