直齿轮传动中各啮合点的齿间载荷和油膜厚度的分布规律

摘    要:本文采用藤井贤治三梯形法得到的轮齿综合变形来计算直齿轮轮齿的综合啮合刚度和单齿啮合刚度,并考虑弹流润滑的中心油膜厚度产生的影响,得到了一种更完善更接近工程实际的直齿轮传动中各啮合点的齿间载荷分布关系并用这种新的齿间载荷分布关系计算得到标准和变位直齿轮在各啮合点处的中心油膜厚度分布关系,两者与传统值有较大差异这将有助于人们对齿轮传动的强度、润滑和失效机理更深入的认识.

Abstract:In this papar, the combined and single teeth meshing stiffness of spur gear are calculated by considering the combined teeth deformation obtaining by using the three trapezoid method. Then, the more perfect relation of teeth load distribution along the meshing line is obtained by considering the effects of both combined teeth meshing stiffness and central oil film thickness of EHL of spur gear transmission. Furthermore. the relation of central of film thickness distribution at the meshing pents are obertained by the numerical calculation by using new relation of teeth load distribution. It is observed that these two relations are different with the conventional value.This is favourable to further porbe into the essence of the strength, lubrication and failure theorem of gear transmission.
