黄原脂棉富集-火焰原子吸收法测定米酒中铅

摘    要:采用HNO3-HClO4消化样品,黄原脂棉富集火焰原子吸收法测定米酒中微量铅,试验表明,PH为2-7时,黄原脂棉能定量地富集米酒中的铅,以HNO3(1+99)5ml,沸水浴15min,即可定量解脱,结果令人满意,铅的回收率为97.9%-104.8%,相对标准偏差为5.3%。

Abstract:We study the experimental conditions under which the micro amounts of lead in rice wine sample digested by mixed acid of HNO3--HClO4 are enriched with Cotton Cellulose Xanthate (CCX). Through the experiment, it is clear that the micro amounts of lead in the rice wine sample can be enriched quantitatively under the condition of pH 2--7 with CCX, then be liberated with 5 ml (1 99) solution of nitric acid in hot water bath for 15 minutes,and be determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The recovery is in the range of 97. 9 % -- 104. 8 % and the relative standard deviation of the method is 5. 3%.
