| 摘 要： | 应用灰色关联分析研究了青海秦艽药材指纹图谱之间的相关性.以秦艽指纹图谱的实验数据研究了灰色关联度、相关系数和夹角余弦的优劣.相关系数和夹角余弦对数据的差异不够敏感,灰色关联度可以用于评价指纹图谱的相似度.

| Abstract: | In this paper,gray relational analysis is applied to the study of correlation among chromatographic fingerprints of the traditional Chinese drug Gentiana straminea Maxim from Qinghai.Comparisons are made among the gray correlation,correlation coefficient and cosine of the angle using experimental data of the chromatographic fingerprints of Gentiana straminea Maxim.Correlation coefficient and cosine of the angle are insensitive to the differences of the data set.The results show that gray correlation can be used to evaluate similarity of chromatographic fingerprints. |
