摘    要:根据减压降温原理,自行设计制作了带光学窗口的LN2低温恒温器,其工作温区为63.5—300K.在自然升温状态中,低温区的温升速率约0.02K/min.根据几何光学原理,用较简易的光路实现了激光束的二维平面移动,其移动精度为0.01mm.采用IEEE-488通用接口总线,实现了计算机控制下的数据采样.整个系统的采样速率可达600次/min,数据经处理后即可得到测量曲线.我们用该系统测量了高Tc超导样品的R~T关系曲线以及不同温度下YBCO薄膜的光响应随电流的变化曲线.结果表明,该系统能够运用于实际测量工作.

Abstract:A simple cryostat is designed and made to measure photoresponse of hightemperature superconductors. Its cool finger can work in a range of temperaturefrom 63. 5 K to 300 K and the rate of temperature rising, from 63. 5 K to 79 K, isabout 0. 02 K/min without temperature control. A two dimension optical systemis carried out, which is able to focus the laser beam on samples without any difficulty. By using GPIB interface, a computer-controlled data logging is realized.We present the temperature dependence of resistance of YBCO and the time dependence of the temperature of the cryostat, which are performed by the datamanagement system.
