| 摘 要： | 在汽车模具型面误差分析中，以最小二乘法建立优化模型，引入优化理论算法对被测曲面轮廓进行误差分析．该方法的优点在于在误差分析过程中经过多次循环迭代能自动实现被测实物与理论CAD模型之间的自适应调整直到满足精度要求．

| Abstract: | In the error analysis of moulds, an optimum model based on a least-square method is (established.) An optimum algorithm is introduced to evaluate the real profile error. The advantage is that, during the error analysis, position of the measured mould can be adjusted automatically to adapt to an ideal CAD model by iterative optimization until the precision meets the requirements. |
