| 摘 要： | 在碳酸钾存在下，将溴化乙酰基甲基三苯基钟（1）的溶液滴加到3-芳甲叉基-2，4-戊二酮（2）的二氧甲烷溶液中，反应主要生成2，4-二乙酰基-3-芳基-5-甲基-反-2，3-二氢呋喃（4），同时生成2-（4-氧代-2-戊烯基）-3-芳基-4-乙酰基-5-甲基-反-2，3-二氢呋喃（5）.反应改用氢氧化钠作碱，主要生成化合物5，同时得到2-（4-氧代-2-戊烯基）-3-芳基-4-乙酰基-5-甲基-反-2，3-二氢呋喃（3），并且反应速度明显加快．

| Abstract: | In the presence of (K_2CO_3,) acetylmethyltriphenylarsonium bormide (1) reacted in (CH_2Cl_2) solution with (3-arylidene-2,4-pentadione) (2) and led to the products (2,4-diacetyl-3-aryl-5-methyl-trans-2,3-)dihydrofuran (4) and 2-(Z-4-oxo-2-penten-2-yl)-aryl-4-acetyl-5-methyl-trans-2,3-dihydrofuran (5). When stronger base NaOH was used, highly stereoselective products 2-acetyl-3-(Z-4-oxo-2-penten-2-yl)-5-methyl-cis-2,3-dihydrofuran (3) and 5 were obtained in the accelerated reaction with high yields. |
