步进电动机的故障诊断及其实现

摘    要:针对步进电动机运行中的某些主要故障,设计了FNN模糊神经网络故障理机及其单片机实现,提出随机寻优训练算法,并对此对该FNN进行了训练,仿真结果表明,该处 仅计算速度快、推理精度高,而且具有工程应用的价值。

Abstract:To diagnose faults of stepping motors in running, a fault reasoning machine using fuzzy neural network (FNN) and its singlechip implementation have been designed. To train this fault reasoning machine, random searching algorithm is put forward. This algorithm has not only high calculating rate and reasoning precision, but also the worth for engineering application, which is demonstrated by the result of simulation.
