长耦合区光纤熔锥型温度传感器

摘    要:全光纤温度传感器是超高电压下测量温度的急需器件.用增长光纤耦合区长度的方法使得对温度不很敏感的光纤熔锥型耦合器其分束比对温度变得比较敏感,从而达到对温度传感的目的,由于没有附加敏感材料,其长期重复性和可靠性较好.对不同拉锥长度的耦合器在温度的敏感性和线性度等方面进行了研究,目前实验样品在-40~90℃范围内,输出分光可见度已达到0.7%/℃,并有较好的线性度和重复性.

Abstract:Optic-fiber temperature sensor is an instrument required in high voltage environment. We make the optical coupler more sensitive to temperature by elongating the couple length. Therefore, it can be used to measure temperature. It has good reliability and repeatability since no additional materials are used. This research investigates linearity and sensitivity of couplers with different coupler length. R of the present example in the experiment has reach 0.7% per degree Celsius when the temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to 90 ℃, and it has good linearity and repeatability.
