| 摘 要： | 静力弹塑性分析方法是目前在国外普遍使用的结构抗震能力的评估方法，在我国正逐步得到推广和应用．该文介绍了此方法的基本原理和国内外发展状况，并对具体的框架．剪力墙设计方案进行了分析，证实了push-over分析的有效性，并提出一些实际工程分析过程中需要改进的问题．
