摘    要:自 Th Mn1 2 型结构的富铁稀土 -过渡元素间化合物及其氮化物 90年代初被北京大学杨应昌教授发现以来 ,一直没有实用化 .作者用 Nd0 .9Dy0 .1 (Fe,M) 1 2 Nx 磁粉制作粘结永磁体 ,发现其 (BH) max=38.5 6 k J/ m3 ,达到实用化的标准 .然后用自制的装置测定其温度系数 ,发现其可逆温度系数比 Sm Co5高 ,要用于仪器仪表还要进一步改进

Abstract:Since Fe rich rare earth transition element intermetallic compounds with ThMn12 type structure and their nitrides were invented by Yang in early 1990s, they have not yet been used in practice. The authors prepared Nd 0.9 Dy 0.1 (Fe,M) 12 N x bonded magnet with powder prepared by melting method. Its (BH) max =38.56 kJ/m 3 shows that it reaches the standard of practical use. Then the temperature coefficient was measured. It was found that the reversible temperature coefficient was somewhat higher than SmCo 5. Therefore, farther improvements are needed for use in practical apparatus.
