| Abstract: | As China's entrance to WTO is inevitable, the paper studies WTO's Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) that is relevant to the scientific and technological innovations in China. After analyzing the present conditions of China's intellectual property rights, differences between TRIPS and the Chinese IPR laws are presented. Strategies on the strengthening of the IPR protection and promotion of scientific and technological innovations are proposed. |
