光催化降解酸性大红G及其产物的可生化性

摘    要:采用紫外灯作为光源,以悬浮态TiO2为催化剂对偶氮染料酸性大红G的光催化降解及其产物的可生化性进行了研究.讨论了催化剂投加量、pH值、曝气速度以及反应时间等因素对光催化降解酸性大红G的影响.结果表明,染料初始浓度为100 mg/L的酸性大红G光催化降解最佳条件为:pH=2.5,催化剂的投入量为1.0 g/L,曝气流速为400 mL/min,光照时间为120 min.在此条件下,酸性大红G脱色率可达到99.6%,CODCr降解率达到73.8%,可生化性指数达到最大值0.37.

Abstract:Photocatalytic degradation of an azo dye,acid red G,with suspended TiO_2 under an UV lamp and biodegradability of its photocatalytic degradation products were studied.The conditions of photocatalytic degradation such as the amounts of TiO_2 photocatalyst added,pH of the solution,flow of aeration,and time of ultraviolet irradiation were studied.Optimum conditions of the initial dye concentration 100 mg/L were obtained: the amount of TiO_2 catalyst added was 1.0 g/L,pH of the solution was 2.5,flow of aeration was 400 mL/min,ultraviolet irradiation time was 120 min,with color removal at 99.6%,COD_(Cr) removal at(73.8%),and biodegradability index at 0.37.
