| 摘 要： | 目的研究从柴胡中提取的单体成分柴胡皂甙d对K562细胞生长的影响.方法分别用不同质量浓度的SSd作用于K562细胞株,于不同时间段分别计数其平均细胞数,并绘制相应生长曲线,计算平均抑制率.药物作用后24,36,48 h,计算分裂指数.结果用药后K562细胞的细胞数、分裂指数均下降,下降幅度与剂量呈正相关.结论 SSd能抑制K562细胞增殖,这种抑制作用呈时间和剂量依赖关系(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of SSd on the K562 cells growth.Methods The average cell numbers at the same interval of K562 after the treatment of different density were calculated.The growth curve was drawn and the average inhibit rate was calculated.The division index was calculated after 12,24,36,48 and 60 hours with treatment of SSd.Results The K562 cells amount,division index are decline after treatment of SSd.Conclusion SSd can inhibit the K562 cells proliferation and the inhibition effect were depended on time and density(P<0.05) |
