摘    要:3种油页岩灰渣(油厂灰、电厂灰、粉末灰)用作水泥混合材料可不同程度地改变水泥的性能.以3种油页岩灰渣作为掺料,按10%,20%,30%(质量比)3种比例代替水泥混合料中的部分水泥,通过水泥混合料的胶砂试验确定试块的抗压、抗折强度以及脆性系数.结果表明:用油页岩灰渣作水泥混合材料来提高试块的抗折、抗压强度及抗裂性能是可行的,其中电厂灰灰渣在10%掺量时,其试块抗折、抗压强度总体要优于纯水泥试块;3种油页岩都能够提高试块的抗裂性能,粉末灰灰渣在30%掺量时试块的抗裂性能最好.

Abstract:The performance of cement can be changed at varying degrees when three kinds of oil shale ash ( oil-plant-ash,power-plant-ash and powder ash) are used as cement mixture material. By taking three kinds of oil shale ash as the admixture,part cement in cement mixture could be substituted according three proportions such as 10%, 20% and 30%. Through mortar test of cement mixture, the compression & fracture resistance and brittleness coefficient of the test block could be determined. According to the result,it manifests that it is feasible to increase the fracture & compression resistance and anti-cracking ability by using oil shale ash as cement mixture material. When power-plant-ash is adulterated by 10%,the overall fracture & compression resistance of the test block is superior to that of pure cement test block. Three kinds of oil shale could enhance the fracture resistance of test block. When the powder ash is adulterated by 30%,the fracture resistance of test block is the best.
